The statuesque Georgian Property that boasts its own private dock and hence it’s name can be found just off of the bustling village centre. Over the years it’s been many things including the Dolphin Brewery, but when it was purchased by an Admiral in the late 1930’s it became a truly outstanding family home.
We carefully removed the old 1980’s pvcu conservatory and set about constructing a new extension with minimal glazing and generous skylights. Designed by local Architects Helyer Davies, it now provides a wonderful modern juxtaposition which includes a vast family kitchen, entertaining space, bathroom and Utility Room with a generous reclaimed York stone patio. The extensive walled garden was also extensively and sensitively repaired. All fit, for the next couple of hundred years!
